when importing layers I see 2 nodes which are not connected (many nodes are connected correct), while my colleague has the same version and same settings and he has the nodes correct connected after importing GKO layer.

To confirm when FAB3000 is importing the Gerber file *.GKO, it's not connecting to the other traces/nodes?

The reason I ask is the GKO file is typically just a Gerber file for reference of the board-outline (and not used in production); it's the actual NC Rout layer (generated from the GKO) that will be used to rout along the PCB border edges (where it's important to be aware of the node and tab positions).
Note:  The GKO files typically have duplicate objects and when zooming in close, I noticed there are many redundant border traces and nodes in that GKO file and the trace terminates at the lower-left corner.  Quick video -  you will notice only some border edges are duplicated, https://numericalsoftware-update.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/tutorials/2025-04-10_20-21-23-pcb-outline.mp4

Join Adjacent Trace Segments: There is an option you can use during Gerber import (to force adjacent traces to be joined), however the primary issue with the GKO file - is there are duplicate traces.  But again, this layer GKO is typically just for reference of the border and cutouts.

If this information was not helpful, please let me know what you're ultimately attempting to achieve with the GKO and I'll be happy to assign you further.

Best regards,

Simon
