Curious why the PDF report of DFM errors doesn't match what the Error List shows in the software?

Report save a couple minutes after running the DFM and getting the Error List.

Is it because there's so many errors it pulls them differently into the PDF than it shows in the Error List?

Yes.  Many times customers have printed out all DFM errors onto a PDF, resulting in a massive PDF file with hundreds of pages.  

You do have the option to choose how many DFM errors when generating the PDF for DFM errors,

Typically when most DFM Errors are redundant (like annular ring checks, etc) just a few sample DFM errors is all that's needed to be aware to expand the Mask layers before exiting.

Note: I will have time later tonight to review the Internal OR support ticket.  However just from the screen capture image (you sent previously) it's clear that is not a non-functional pad at the end of the trace.  I have already submitted a request to for our team review that DFM check. 

Note:  When in doubt FAB3000 will highlight the DFM error (it's better to include any false positives than to ignore them).   All DFM Checkers can have false positives - which can be easily deleted by right-clicking over the specific DFM error and selecting whether to delete the specific DFM Error or delete all similar errors, etc.
