Go to menu: Setup / Preferences..., and click tab "Misc.".
Go to option "Database Accuracy" and choose "Micro (1/10 nm)".
Then proceed with your conversion and everything should be fine.
By default, ACE automatically optimizes it's internal database units to be compatible with any format types you are converting. However if you're not getting the results you require there is a setting to adjust the ACE "Database Accuracy".
