Note: The easiest method is to just assign the thickness for each layer and then use "Assign Z-Axis..." to automatically calculate the plane (z-axis). You can also enter any of those (z-axis) values manually.
Note: You can also sort the layer order by dragging each up or down (as demonstrated in the movie tutorial).
