May I ask why I am forced to re-activate my Numerical Cloud after a Windows update? I have not updated the software in any way.

Please understand we have no control what Microsoft changes in their Windows updates. If they do something significant like alter their security mechanisms/components (to perhaps prevent new viruses, hacking, etc.) it may change internally how our software license detects who is using the computer and trigger a reactivation. Typically this only occurs when major updates are done (like Windows 7 to Windows 10) and here's more information, https://support.numericalinnovations.com/support/discussions/topics/14000008793

During reactivation if you forgot your Activation Code or Password, you may retrieve it here, https://support.numericalinnovations.com/support/solutions/articles/14000027268-i-have-forgotten-my-activation-code-and-or-password-how-do-i-retrieve-it-
