Export to DXF troubles, that is the routing traces convert to lines with no width in the exported dxf.
Yes, ACE 3000 can export your Gerber to DXF with widths for the routing traces. If possible please send me a sample gerber file, and I'll be happy to create a tutorial movie showing the exact same settings to use. Here's several related topics from our support forum:

I’ve downloaded your ACE Translator software, and I seem to be having the same issue I have had with other gerber to dxf converters. That is the routing traces convert to lines with no width in the exported dxf. I’ve searched your documentation and played around with the settings, but can’t seem to get it to work right. I just wanted to make sure I’m not missing something before I write this software off for my needs? Most of the people using your software who recommended it to me I believe use it for exporting bitmaps. I need to be able to do both.
