I make a test on an already converted and manufactured PCB ( size 76mm x 84 mm) by this way I have both dxf and Gerber files to compare and I am sure that have worked before BUT if I success to convert by using ACE3000 I have not the same size of file ??

Question 1 : does the size of the file is due to the fact I have a waterprint on ? as NON Commercial use ... OR that another reason ?

Question 2 : what is the format of the Gerber 2.3 ? 2.4 or 2.5 as I can enter the unit ( inch / millimeter ) but not select the Gerber 2.X as we run RF PCB 2.3 or 2.4 is OK for us we do not need ultra high definition.

Question 3 : We plan to send an ACE3000 file dxf converted for a manufacturing test . If I send a converted file with '' non commercial use'' to one of our PCB manufacturer for a production / process validation does that works ?

That not to avoid to pay as we plan to use your cloud service that to confirm and be able to show a real physical sample to the General Manager and perhaps be allowed to purchase a real licence soon as possible.

Yes the waterprint would increase to the file size.

Increasing the digits will improve accuracy and increase the size of the resulting Gerber.    Here's some forum posts which may help explain in more detail:

Typically the demo license is for demonstration "non-commercial use".  You are free to send the Gerber files to you manufacturing for their approval.  For as low as $75 you can get a commercial license which allows you to use the results for commercial purposes (no waterprint).  http://www.numericalinnovations.com/collections/numerical-cloud
