Here's the general rules for the cloud activation code:
1. Once you enter the activation code, you should never need to re-enter it again. However, each cloud activation code should be per individual person. If you are going to share the activation code, it is imperative that the "same" activation code data is entered (i.e. same password and email). If you enter a password, and then your colleague installs and enters a different password/email it will cause your license to fail ( and vice-versa).
Note: Please remember, we cannot completely guarantee or support activation problems when a single activation code is used by multiple users.
2. Make sure you are using the command "Numerical Cloud Activation" located in menu: Help / Enter License Key / Numerical Cloud Activation...
Note: If you use the normal activate process (menu: Help / Enter License Key / Activate) it will not work, and state invalid activation code.
