During postscript/PDF import when ACE stops at 15% means ACE is awaiting for a response from the external Ghostscript DLL/EXE. Ghostscript is used to parse & extact the geometries within the postscript file. We would recommend installing an older version of Ghotscript such as Version 8 or 7, and try again. ACE willl allow you to select between multiple different versions of Ghostscript as each may give you different conversion results.
