I'm having trouble using the Setup > Blind and Buried Via Setup command. How do I define a blind-buried drill layer before proceeding? When selected it says no "blind-buried drill layers have been detected".

Blind Buried drils, are drill holes that will not go completely through the PCB. To make the Blind Buried dialog work, you must have layer types defined as "Drill BlindBuried". On our forum, here's a tutorial movie showing how to setup BlindBuried Drills.
