This tutorial movie below shows the steps required to clean up a DXF design of an LCD display and convert to Gerber plus output a Drill file.
Note: When exporting to Gerber format you have the option to check "Drill" for any layer which you want a Drill file created. ACE will scan that layer for all "flashes" and create a drill file based on each flash center-point and diameter.
