I have created a movie tutorial showing you exactly how I performed the conversion using ACE Translator 3000 for our data service bureau.  Please see link:

Note:    GDSII conversions require closed boundaries, so I used the ACE "join feature" to convert most of your line segments to closed boundaries.  The last remaining boundary required our "Join Interactive" tool to finish the job.
