I am having trouble translating these PDF documents to Gerber. Can you take a look and see if it can be done.

The reason those PDF files won't convert is that they are "scanned raster" PDF files that do not contain any vector objects (text, lines, circles, etc.). ACE can only convert vector objects and not raster images embedded in a PDF. A workaround would be to use a graphic program (like Adobe Illustrator) and save those PDF's as an Image file (like TIFF or BMP); which can easily be converted by ACE.
Note: Since those PDF files contain scanned images, the final quality is going to be very poor. To confirm this (using Adobe Reader) zoom in very closely and you will see the low image quality.
