We just purchased software from your company and need a hand getting it working. We have a computer that will not have internet access and the software would not load. Is there any way of getting around this issue? We were able to get it to launch from a computer with internet access.
Any help you could give us would be helpful.

Sure we can generate a Flexnet License key for you instead of the Activation Code. 


1.  Start ACE 3000, and goto menu:  Help | Enter License Key | Flexnet Key...


2. Press button, "Get Host ID..." and email the displayed Host ID to sales@numericalinnovations.com


3. We will then generate your license key (which will work without internet).
