When starting ACE3000 I am getting message requiring to download mandatory update. What do I do?

When starting ACE3000 I am getting message requiring to download mandatory update.
When looking at you web site only thing I can fin for download is trial version please advise ASAP I have a design job to finish today and cannot afford having conversion software not work .
Most likely an important system file for ACE 3000 may have been overwritten or removed so a re-install is required. Whenever you need to download the latest version of ACE 3000, visit our download page (it would be the exact same link when you originally purchased). During installation your license key will be automatically detected, and you'll be up & running within a few minutes.
