When converting GDS to Gerber since geometries are always so small, we recommend adjusting the following Gerber Export option: 1. "Units" - choose "Metric" 2. "Digits (Integer.Decimal)" - choose "6.6".
This two gerber export options will give your gerber files up to 1 nanometer of accuracy.
