GhostScript is freely available and may be downloaded from the following webpage: 
http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/AFPL/get853.htm

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghostscript/files/GPL%20Ghostscript/8.63/gs863w32.exe/download


Note:  Make sure you download the 32-bit version of Ghostscript (even if you're computer is 64-bit). Why? If you're ACE 3000 binaries are 32-bit, than you'll need the 32-bit version of Ghostscript.
