I am using AutoCAD LT and I want to convert either dwg or dxf files into Gerber.

EasyGerb does not fill my boundaries, or detect my small "triangles" (which should be clear) inside those boundaries.

When converting, it gives the error "ARCALIGNEDTEXT cannot be Processed."

Options are not retained, and Easygerb has to be reloaded with each AutoCAD session, these may be limitations of add-ons or AutoCAD itself. I’ve also hit a wall when it comes to the text output.

I was trying to convert all the rectangular pads in Layer 0 using FRS. Most came out fine with the exception of two types.

How do I create a clear object inside of another object (like say for instance the letter O which has a dark outer circle and a clear inner circle)?

"Simplex.shx" font style is being substituted to "txt.shx". How do I setup EasyGerb to use Simplex.shx?

I tried your EasyGerb product and got a warning that said "too many vertices <16000 maximum>"
