How do I convert a Negative Copper layer to Positive?

PDF export to negative does not work properly. I am attaching a *wrk file. It is a layer called top.gbr (copper). It looks strange, the component pads are visible there. With normal PDF export (positive) it is OK.

FAB3000 Does not respond and hangs up when importing gerbers. Everytime I import gerber files, the tool hangs up and does not respond. I am using an activated product c/o Analog Devices Inc.
