Thanks for contacting me. I apologize but that bug in actually in cross-platform GUI toolkit used by FAB 3000 (Fox GUI Toolkit). We have already contacted them and expect to have it resolved shortly.
Note: For best results with multiple monitors, please keep FAB 3000 in your "primary" screen and it should help from having the menu origin shifted.
