Some errors from dxf to gerber

Some errors from dxf to gerber

Hello Simon,

I just sent you an email with attaching dxf and gerber files. Here are some errors I've met:
1. Gap decreased from 4.5mil to 4.4 or 4.3mil
2. Unfilled copper or traces
3. Jagged traces
4. trace became a big dot
5. Find minimum wdiths 4mil, some trace with 5mil was detected as error, some one with less 4mil wasn't detected out.

Appreciate for your great help, thanks again.

Hello,

1. For accuracy & jagged traces problems, I would recommend that you view other forum posts such as the link below:
http://forums.numericalinnovations.com/post/The-boundaries-of-my-AutoCAD-drawing-did-not-line-up-perfectly-with-the-gerber-and-5972323

2. For Fill Issue, please make sure that you had checked the Layer Option to "Fill" and that your DXF has "closed boundaries"; if the DXF boundaries are not closed then you will need to use the Join feature - which allows ACE to close them for you.  Or may edit & close them in AutoCAD using commands like PEDIT.

Thank you so much for your question. Here is my input:
1. I chose 3.4 format, the decreasing gap and jagged/broken trace happened
I tried to select "De-Embed" on outline layer, but it was still filled in gerber.
2. The close of boundary is "yes" in CAD, still met that unfilled problem, but I found if I change "Arc deviation (mil)" from 0 to 0.005, then 2,3 below I mentioned is not an error.
Is somewhere that I setted wrongly? I really appreciate you are doing to help me out. Thanks so much.

Please note, the above link has been updated. Please use the link below.

The boundaries of my AutoCAD drawing did not line up perfectly with the gerber and curves that I drew came out as jagged lines in gerber.
